Strawberry Pistachio Overnight Oats

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon pistachio nut butter
- 1/4 cup diced strawberries
- 2 teaspoon crushed pistachios optional
Mix all ingredients, except the strawberries, in bowl.
Transfer to (2) serving containers and refrigerate for 4 hours minimum or overnight (optimal).
