Strawberry Pistachio Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio nut butter
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 teaspoon crushed pistachios optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except the strawberries, in bowl.
  • Transfer to (2) serving containers and refrigerate for 4 hours minimum or overnight (optimal).
