Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup strawberries diced
Mix all ingredients, except the strawberries, in bowl.
Place the strawberries in an airtight container.
Transfer the oat mixture to 2 serving containers with lids.
Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum or overnight.
Just before serving top each serving of oats with 2 tablespoons of strawberries.
Option to drizzle extra honey and sprinkle additional chia seeds.
