Lazy Lasagna
A quick, convenient week night dinner.

- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In heavy bottomed pot cook the beef on medium high heat, stirring to crumble the meat.
Once the meat is cooked through drain the excess grease.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the sauce to the beef, stir to combine.
Allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile follow the package instructions on the egg noodles, but reduce cook time by 2 minutes.
When the noodles are cooked and drained add them to the meat mixture.
Transfer the pasta to a 9x13 casserole dish, top with the cheese, bake 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
